Two month ago every morning I got out of bed at half past six to have a morning jogging. I had been jogging for one year and I felt I was tired. I am not the one who is awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I woke up I thought all my strength was run out. I did this miserable morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the result wasn’t effective. I have to tell you if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can abandon now and I will suggest you an easy, advantageous and effective method which I have used.
