Two month ago every morning I got up at half past six to do a morning jogging. I had been jogging for one year and I thought I was exhausted. I am not the one who is awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got out of bed I thought all my perseverance was run out. I did this torturous morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the end wasn’t effective. I must let you know if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can abandon now and I will suggest you an easy, commodious and valid approach which I have used.
