Two month ago every morning I got up at half past six to exercise a morning jogging. I had been running for one year and I thought I was exhausted. I am not the one who is awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got up I felt all my willpower was run out. I did this torturous morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the outcome wasn’t effective.
