Two month ago every morning I woke up at half past six to have a morning jogging. I had been running for one year and I felt I was exhausted. I am not the person who is awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got up I thought all my strength was run out. I did this grievous morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the outcome wasn’t obvious. I have to let you know if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can give up now and I will introduce you an simple, commodious and valid way which I have used.
