Two month ago every morning I woke up at half past six to take a morning jogging. I had been running for one year and I thought I was exhausted. I am not the person who stays awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I woke up I felt all my strength was used up. I did this grievous morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the consuquence wasn’t effective. I have to tell you if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can abandon now and I will introduce you an simple, advantageous and valid method which I have used.
