Sadly Prince Charles -- a wise man, who has survived vogue-driven waves of contempt and adulation with much integrity -- has adopted science-free personal insults to attack scientists who deny Man Made Global Warming. These people are headless chickens, in his words; a shallow jibe, lacking the punch of a tabloid assassination, but with all its vacuous froth. What a rotten description of GW sceptic scientists, whose reasoned and consistent Little Ice Age forecast is coming true at -30 C, across America and in Eastern Europe: unlike failed warmist warnings of melting icecaps and vanished snow, which have the carbon-taxing UN thrashing around for new arguments to keep their gravy train moving. As months freeze by, their predictions flap wildly from storm to storm -- because their dying movement is desperate for any scrap of cred it can fake. As ever, losers shout loudest: hence the wave of pro-GW spin this past week. If Prince Charles cares about the countryside, he should campaign against power-negative, bird-killing, tax-quaffing windfarms, which are stabbing watercolour Britain to death, green field by country lane. GASBUSTERS And which serve no purpose, since the CO2 emissions they are meant to prevent have been shown to have no effect on a climate which was heated by a strong sun last century, and is being cooled by a weak one now. HEAD OF DEBATE? If his future office of Defender of Faith does not include Man Made Global Warming as a religion, he should encourage scientific investigation, a sentiment notably absent from his most recent utterance. His future pronouncements on science should be based on it: especially when the British taxpayer is effected, since promoting fuel tax fraud against his subjects isnt his job.
