We didnt get the answer we wanted that the halo will be off by the end of the week, but tomorrow I will call to schedule for her to have it off in a month. The fusion looks good and there is a solid piece of bone now, but he just wants to make sure it doesnt pop off or move. We have trusted him the last 14 and a half weeks, so I trust all his judgement. It will be a small procedure they will put her under just lightly and remove the halo and she will wake up with a soft collar. I asked about neck muscles and so on and he said no therapy will be needed her muscles will strengthen on their own. Im sure I could have added more detail we just got home and I noticed all the comments and post and wanted to get back with yall while she was eating! Thanks again everyone. We are so blessed.
