:::: UPDATE: The War Report :::: On May 27, 2014, Dr. Sai published an article on his blog site titled, The War Report: 2013 Will Note Hawaiis Occupation hawaiiankingdom.org/blog/the-war-report-2013-will-note-hawaiis-occupation/ Our copy of The War Report came in and Hawaii is mentioned in a little blurb on page 28, Other belligerent occupations that have been alleged include the occupation by the UK of the Falkland Islands/Malvinas (Argentina claims this as sovereign territory), of Tibet by China, and the state of Hawaii by the USA. The War Report makes no determination as the whether belligerent occupation is occurring in these cases. What does this mean? Nothing, really. The War Report explicitly states that it makes no determination as to whether belligerent occupation is occurring in these cases. If you notice, The War Report makes the error of saying the state of Hawaii rather than the Hawaiian State. In summary, The War Report was hyped a lot (a whole lot) and it was more or less implied that all those international law scholars were going to determine that Hawaii was indeed under occupation -- but no such luck.
