** UPDATE ** Yesterday I had an assessment with Physio and OT, I havent had any physio since April last year. It was really successful and they have agreed to start a programme of exercises that will prevent any further loss of muscle tone and hopefully strengthen the muscles. One of the things that they are going to work on is getting my feet to be able to reach a right angle, this is so that I can work on getting my feet flat on the floor. They are going to come to our house so I dont have to travel to the hospital and teach them to Terri and my carers so that they can work on them with me. I am really hoping it will help. I have still been feeling quite ill and my spasms and seizures are still happening more and more. I have spent a lot of time sleeping, resting and trying to recover. Whilst I have been resting today Terri has finished decorating our bathroom, it looks brilliant and she is going to put up the cabinet tomorrow.
