These two bonded girls are definitely VOLUNTEER FAVORITES and we could write a whole novel on how adorable these two are – they cuddled up together for our photoshoot! They are both female Chow Chow mixes who came in to the shelter as an OWNER SURRENDER on June 30th. They have no idea what they are doing at the shelter and certainly don’t belong here. Blacky is 8-years-old, 25-lbs with a beautiful black coat and striking blue eyes. Blacky is the more timid of the two girls, looking to Gordon for support and reassurance in this strange shelter environment, however she did open up with our volunteers once she knew she was safe. Gordon is 6-years-old, 40-lbs with a fluffy brindle coat and gorgeous brown eyes. Gordon is the brave adventurer of the two and she quickly opened up to our volunteers and showered them with kisses. They have a bit of a wild-child hairstyle going on, but nothing a good grooming can’t fix! They are the ultimate in cuteness and are seeking a safe, forever home - together.
