He does like other dogs but his energy can put them off when they meet him. As you can see Riswald is not nearly as hyper outside of his kennel. He just wants attention and to be loved. If you are looking to adopt a cat or dog the adoption fee is $87 (includes a $50 spay/neuter voucher and a $12 rabies voucher) for unaltered animals and $37(includes a $12 rabies voucher) for altered. ALL male cats will be neutered thanks to Tiny Town Animal Clinic so their adoption fees are only $37. If you are an approved 501(c)3 there is no pull fee.
