#US policy in the region and in War of Terror is to use #Pakistan armed forces as fodder and mercenaries. Instead of increasing military cooperation with an enemy State - America, which increases dependence in the long run with the need for spare parts, Pakistan should focus on developing an indigenous Military Industrial Complex. Developing such Industrial base is not possible without an idealogical State and only possible under the Khilafah State. Internally Pakistan armed forces role is being redesigned to focus on counter insurgency and focus on Western borders while on the sea shores focus is being shifted to security over coastal areas to safeguard seaborne energy corridors, deter the outbreak of piracy and check trafficking of narcotics and other illicit goods - something that is vital to United States security concerns than Pakistan. Khilafah POLICY: Raising an armed forces for an Islamic superpower D1. A Khaleefah who as the political and military leadership will orientate the armed forces to fulfil their role in protecting the Ummah from the hostile non-Muslim states, unifying all Muslim states as a single state and carrying Islam to all of humankind. D2. Ending all technological dependency on hostile states, by establishing a programme of rapid industrialization for attaining military superiority, supported by a superior economic system which provides huge revenues for all of the duties obliged upon the Khilafah state. D3. Ending all training dependency on hostile states, by instituting local military training and Islamic awareness programmes for the armed forces.
