Tsapliyenko wrote: Fifty hours without water. Roadblock 32 near Smile. Despite the reports, the blockade has not been lifted. Destroyed vehicles are strewn along the road between roadblocks 31 and 32. The separatists have dragged them there so our convoy could not take the road between Popasna and Luhansk to their positions. Roadblock 32 is completely encircled. There used to be 50 servicemen there. Now around 15 of them are dead, lying near the Ukrainian positions and not being collected by anyone. He also said that OSCE representatives quickly left the scene as soon as they realized that the situation was worsening. The National Security and Defence Council, for its part, told Ukrayinska Pravda that reports about the roadblock near Smile and Shyroke being allegedly completely encircled did not correspond to reality. Our detachments are fully supplied with water, food and ammunition, NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko said.
