* VU Students Shine at P@SHA * Three shining students of Virtual University of Pakistan have recently got short listed for P@SHA (Pakistan Software Houses Association) Launch-pad 2014. P@SHA is initiating a community driven portal to help bring together resources to facilitate professional skill development in the IT industry. The student from VU Mirpur Campus (AKMP01), Tahir Ramzan, Kashif Rafiq and Iftikhar Ahmed have got short listed for P@SHA (Pakistan Software Houses Association) Launch-pad 2014, Islamabad. They presented Agroid – Green Pakistan before the event jury including President of P@SHA Jehan Ara. Presentation ceremony was conducted on June 26, 2014 at Koch Khans, Islamabad. Agroid – Green Pakistan by Virtual University’s students team was placed in top ten teams of P@SHA Launch-pad 2014, Islamabad. Agroid – Green Pakistan is ICT4D and M4D based pocket agriculturist and research & development project.
