Remember whether a person is diabetic or not; insulin/blood sugar matters because spikes of blood sugar promote the storage of fat in the body. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Last thing: Ground flaxseed works like drano on the walls of your intestines. It aids in keeping you regular, but will NOT give you the runs. Cinnamon modestly helps with insulin resistance.
