(WARNING: This post is hella long...) Hi guys, I’m from Yorktown, Virginia and looking for a roommate! Yes, my name actually is Jennifer Lawrence, and sadly no I cannot put you in touch with Josh Hutchinson. I’m pretty laid back and am more than willing to share my clothes, although you may find nothing to borrow but sweat pants and T-shirts… I’m in the honors program, but I definitely want to have fun while staying on top of my studies. I’m vegetarian and hope to attempt cooking every once in a while, so if you feel brave enough to venture into the realm of cooking/burning things with me, I would be all for it! I also hope to stay semi fit so it would be awesome if you also wanted to hit the gym with me, I need a buddy for motivation since there is no way I can do it on my own! I would prefer a roommate who isn’t deathly afraid of spiders, since it would be nice if while I screamed and leapt on top of desks you could kill it with fire. But, if not, that’s fine too, I’m sure our combined screaming and flailing will attract enough attention to bring someone to save us. The plan is to major in Neurology/Biology, with a potential minor in computer science, and the dream job is to conduct neurological medical research! However, that is totally open to change and I may leave UD as an English major (although it is safe to say I will not ever major in math). Some of my favorite shows include: Arrested Development, Game of Thrones, Orange is the New Black, Sherlock BBC, Merlin, Angel Beats, and Sword Art Online. As you can tell Netflix and the Internet are my friends. I also love reading a good book or listening to music. I’m into indierock and older classics; think of Modest Mouse, the Beatles, Beirut, Imagine Dragons, and Queen (I can sing all of Bohemian rhapsody). Neat and messy are gray areas to me, but as long as there is not enough rotting food in our room to constitute as a compost pile I think it’ll all be fine! My sleep schedule is determined by how much work I have to do, although I tend to go to sleep somewhere between 11 and 1 and sleep in as long as I can (somewhere between 10 and 12). Congrats!! You stuck it out this far to reach the end of my small novel, which is no small feat. If you have any questions or think you might wanna room, don’t hesitate to message me!!
