All items won in the online auctions of NHS and those exclusively posted on CHARMS must be paid within seven business days. All items left unpaid beyond this limit are forfeited and will either be offered to the second highest bidder or re-auctioned. 2. Bank deposit and cash paid in person are the only acceptable modes of payment for items won. 3. Shipping and handling fees are shouldered by the winners.
