[WE HAVE INCLUDED OUR OFFICIAL PAYMENT TERMS. KINDLY READ THEM FOR YOUR INFORMATION. THANK YOU ^_^ -PAT] Double Terminated Pakimer Diamond Balochistan, Pakistan 1 x 0.75 x 0.75 inches 12.4 grams Pakimer Diamonds are uniquely from Pakistan just as Herkimer Diamonds are uniquely from the Herkimer County of the US. Pakimer Diamonds are similar to Herkimer Diamonds in terms of appearance and brilliance, though some specimens can be extra special or more unusual. This miniature is a fine specimen from the locality and it interestingly exhibits a skeletal and double terminated configuration. Brilliantly water-clear from the outer layer, the crystal patterns converge within the specimen to form a scenery of layers and sheets. Only trivial bruising is noticeable. This is definitely a great addition to your collection of miniature treasures! “Therapeutically, Quartz calms the body and mind. It promotes balance and optimal well-being. Metaphysically, it is an all-around crystal that amplifies personal energy. It encourages contemplation and meditation. Magically, this crystal can be used to tap the powerful leylines of Pakistan. It enables one to unleash the bountiful energies stored within. It can be as intense as the Herkimer Diamond, and it is quite a good alternative to the said crystal. As it is double terminated, it can be used to regulate energy bi-directionally.” (Banag, 2014) STARTING BID: P1 SUCCEEDING BIDS: unlimited increments BUT NO CENTAVOS PLEASE AUCTION ENDS ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16, 7:45 PM (NHS Time) AUCTION PAYMENT TERMS 1. All items won in the online auctions of NHS and those exclusively posted on CHARMS must be paid within seven business days. All items left unpaid beyond this limit are forfeited and will either be offered to the second highest bidder or re-auctioned. 2. Bank deposit and cash paid in person are the only acceptable modes of payment for items won. 3. Shipping and handling fees are shouldered by the winners. Alternatively, winners may opt for item pickup at NHS or they may set a meetup with Patrick. For NHS visits, appointments must be made at least three days before the intended dates (weekdays and after lunch till late afternoon only). 4. Auction winners with remaining unpaid items from any auction batch prior to October 14, 2014 (Tuesday) are given a month—until November 14, 2014 (Friday)–to complete their payment. LAST-MINUTE SILENT BIDDING Last-minute silent bidding will enable a limited number of bidders to have their bids included in the end of an auction. Aside from making the auctions more competitive, this feature will offer a guaranteed chance of placing a bid in the nick of time. To prevent abuse and sustain an exciting auction experience, the following rules and possible scenarios are provided. RULES 1. Only three silent bidders are allowed per batch of auctions. A silent bidder can bid on a maximum of two items. 2. Requests for silent bidding must be sent to Patrick Banag via FB only. He will accept a maximum of three requests on a first-come-first-served basis as soon as an auction is active. An auction is active as soon as it is seen in the FB page of NHS or CHARMS. 3. Once his/her request is accepted, a silent bidder is required to state his/her bid for the item(s) that s/he likes. A silent bid cannot be changed or cancelled once stated. Cancellation of a silent bid is tantamount to getting banned from participating in the online auctions of NHS. 4. An official silent bid will always be included in the Auction Master’s -END OF AUCTION- post. Other posts containing the term “silent bid” are automatically rendered null and void. POSSIBLE SCENARIOS *IF THE CURRENT BID IS ALREADY HIGHER THAN A SILENT BID: The silent bidder whose bid is already outbid cannot change his/her bid since RULE #3 is in effect. *IF A SILENT BID IS SIMILAR TO THE PRECEDING HIGHEST BID: The preceding highest bid will be honored as the winning bid even if there’s a similar silent bid since the silent bid does not outbid the one that precedes it. *IF TWO OR MORE SILENT BIDS ARE THE SAME AND THEY HAPPEN TO BE THE HIGHEST BID: The first silent bid will be honored as the winning bid since the succeeding silent bid(s) does not outbid the first one. *IF A SILENT BID HAS BEEN PLACED AND THE SILENT BIDDER BIDS PUBLICLY WITH AN AMOUNT HIGHER THAN THE REST BUT LOWER THAN HIS/HER SILENT BID: The silent bid will be considered as the winning bid even if it comes from the silent bidder who decides to bid publicly after placing a silent bid. Even if his/her public bid is higher than the rest, the fact that s/he placed a silent bid higher than his/her public bid means that the public and silent bids are considered as distinct bids. Happy Bidding & Crystalline Blessings ^_^
