★ ★ WRAPPING 101★ ★ ✔ Take a hot shower right before applying the wrap (helps to open pores). Please do NOT use soap or lotions/ mineral oil products as these can block pores and keep formula from properly absorbing. ✔Take before and after pictures---both front and side views. ✔ Apply applicator to desired area and wrap with saran wrap or an ace bandage to hold in place. ✔Leave wrap on for a MINIMUM of 45 minutes. First time users: do not leave on longer than 45 minutes so you can test your skin’s sensitivity to the wrap. ✔While wearing your applicator, drink plenty of WATER in first hour. After removing wrap, rub in residual product. It is very important to drink at least half your body weight in water ounces for the following 3 days. I’ve found many people are already dehydrated prior to use! So Drink! Drink! Drink. Example: If you weigh 140 pounds, half of that equals 70 = drink 70 ounces of water.
