[Warning Disturbing Footage] Camera catches officer shooting unarmed man on Sept. 4, 2014 in Columbia, South Carolina. The officer said, Get your license. The man quickly gets his license and the officer shoots multiple times. Luckily it was caught on camera or the courts probably would have believed the officers story that the man, Dove in the back seat. Which is certainly untrue. There were five previous complaints about Trooper Sean Groubert. How many times did he get away with these acts before he was finally caught? The officer is being charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. He faces 20 years in prison. And has the nerve to plead not guilty. I hope he gets all 20 yrs in prison but I wouldnt be surprised if he doesnt. The victim, 35-year-old Levar Jones survived and is in good condition.
