#Warrandyte #Coolingoff One of my favourite things to do as a child was visit pound bend in Warrandyte. It is a beautiful natural swimming hole, loved by locals. Famous for its man made tunnel built in the 1800s there are many parts to discover around pound bend. Its perfect for toddlers with a shallow blocked off area to splash in and older ones can venture out a little further. Before youve cooled off in water you might like to try the pound bend river walk, a beautiful 3.5km trail filled with lots of wildlife. There is lots of car parking and toilet facilities.
