~~We are accountable for our own actions. No matter what happens to us. No matter who said or did what. We have the choice on how to respond. We can respond by talking about them. We can respond by judging them. We can respond by giving into them. When we give in to what others want and it isn’t aligned with what God wants, we are not being accountable to Him. He wants us to be accountable to Him, to others and to ourselves not giving into temptation but depending on Him in all we do. ~~Hebrews 4:13 “Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable.”~~ ~~Dear Lord, Help us remember today we are accountable for our actions. When we deny You, when we choose to do the things of the world, when we give into temptation, we are making our own choices and not Yours. Show us today what to turn away from. Show us today how we can make better choices. Show us today what we need to change to live only for You and be accountable in all we do. In Jesus’ name. Amen~~
