We are in a story-tellers business. The best recruiting tool is your up-lines success, integrity and accessibility. We have the best in the business! If you cant get up to bat, you cant get to first base. What I am saying is that the key to recruiting is getting the appointment. I call it Inviting. Many never succeed in NWM because they never invite consistently. Not only for their personals but with their team as well. A couple tips when inviting: - DO IT! If all you did was invite one person per day and connect them to an up-line to present to them (20Twenty Party, Skype, ooVoo, in person & 3-ways), you would not be able to spend all of the money. - Be yourself, excited, passionate and confident. Have your music right before inviting. This is critical. - Do not turn the invitation into the presentation. Less is ALWAYS better. - Tell the story of whom you are connecting them with. EDIFY. - Set the appointment. - Get coaching. Especially if you are striking out. Be and stay coach-able. - Know your teammates stories and tell them with your candidate. - Expect to win and never quit. Be the most disciplined builder of all. - Keep your calendar full of appointments. Thats the process, tell the story and humanize it. Make the story reality but connecting them. As the saying goes, Facts tell, stories sell. Rocky is building an amazing story. A story that will help so many to have the freedom we all deserve.
