***Weather, Sunday November 30th*** TODAY: Dense fog in places this morning may linger in some places all day. Otherwise it will be dry with sunny intervals developing and sunny skies in some areas. Highest temperatures generally 7 to 10 degrees Celsius in light breezes (but rising no higher than 5 degrees where fog persists). TONIGHT: Patches of fog and frost at first tonight in the east and south with minima here of -1 degrees but becoming generally cloudy overnight and outbreaks of rain will develop in the northwest. Lowest temperatures generally of 2 to 7 degrees. MONDAY: Cloudy & breezy day with outbreaks of rain extending countrywide from the northwest. Highest temperatures 8 to 12 degrees. Light westerly winds becoming moderate to fresh northwesterly. OUTLOOK: Mainly dry and settled conditions with light winds. Some frost and fog at night. Temperatures around average. Generally dry with clear spells/clear skies. Just isolated coastal showers possible in the west and northwest. Rather cold with air temperatures falling to between +2 and -2 degrees with a sharp frost away from Atlantic coasts. Some fog patches also. Light to moderate west to northwest winds. TUESDAY: A generally dry day with sunny spells and just a few passing showers possible in the north. Feeling rather cool with highest temperatures 6 to 9 degrees in moderate west to northwest winds. Cold and clear Tuesday night with a widespread frost away from Atlantic coasts (+3 degrees) with air minima of zero to -3 degrees. WEDNESDAY: A dry day with sunny spells. Feeling a little milder with afternoon temperatures of 7 to 11 degrees in light to moderate westerly breezes. Frost and fog returning Wednesday night except in western and northern counties. The fog may be dense by morning. THURSDAY: Dry with sunny spells. Feeling rather cool again with highs of just 3 to 8 degrees with fog/poor visibility in parts. Thursday night/ Friday morning: Possibility of a weak front breaking through from the Atlantic bringing cloudy, misty weather with outbreaks of rain. Clearer conditions following during the second half of Friday perhaps and a possibility of a settled weather regime for next weekend.
