#WeatherUpdate #JosePH SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 am today, the eye of typhoon “JOSE” was located based on all available data at 870 km east of Casiguran, Aurora (16.3ºn, 131.2ºe) with maximum sustained winds of 195 kph and gustiness of up to 230 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 11 kph. FORECAST: Ilocos region and Central luzon will experience monsoon rains which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have occasional rains.
