*** Welcome to being a Sandwich *** ============================== After the right wing, now left wing is joining the same page slamming Islam and Muslims in America – being a sandwich between the two. Bill Maher who perhaps doesn’t know a page in Bible, surely knows a lot about Islam(?) – at least whatever he could Google. It is really sad to see certain lobbies in America headed on a dark route where they have declared war on its own minorities and mainstream media is fully supportive of it. Instead of developing an environment of mutual understanding and religious freedom, media is being used to turn every possible rock to find something that could be turned into a negative debate to prove how bad Islam is and how much threat it is to American lives and to the world peace… How many people were killed in America for “exiting Islam” in last 300+ years? In contrast, how about a murder every 12 seconds, a suicide every 6 seconds, a rape/assault every 45 seconds – right under the nose of Bill Maher in US. Is that because of Islam and Muslims? Is this really the issue related to current affairs? There is only one purpose of these kinds of foolish and pre-staged debates – to keep the “FEAR” alive. The definition of a Normal Muslim is now those who do not practice their beliefs. Now a bunch of ill-informed lunatics sitting on a table would define and dictate what 1.6 Billion Muslims should or should not believe…and they would do so after their friends (according to some sources) themselves created ISIS to do exactly what they are doing…demonizing and promoting stereo types and spreading hate to fuel the propaganda and war machine that has already killed millions of Muslims instead (who did not even leave any religion or killed a fly) - but still their right to live in the world was taken away…but that is OK. As Ben put it - all those were, still are, and will continue to be just accidents. This IS bigotry.
