What a wonderful day of autism awareness at Samoa Primary - TopicsExpress

What a wonderful day of autism awareness at Samoa Primary School today as they open their doors to SENESE team conducting their awareness programme on autism. And what a nice surprise, the students of Samoa Primary years two and five designed and painted posters, which reflected the school’s principles of, acceptance, working together and helpfulness towards children with disabilities in some of the messages. “lima alofa ma fesoasoani” “helping hands”autistic today, genius tomorrow” “autism is not a tragedy , ignorance is the tragedy”, “look beyond the autism, and you will see someone very special” These are some of the messages the wonderful children of Samoa Primary shared in the drawings they presented to SENESE as their contribution to Autism Awareness month. Thank you Anne Leauma, Sue Su’a, staff and students of Samoa Primary for helping SENESE in their quest to raise disability inclusive of children with disabilities in regular disability.
