#WineTastingNotes For our weekly blind tasting, last Friday we had the opportunity to taste two premier cru, both from Hudellot Noellat estate with the same vintage: 2012, but the different locations. Hudellot Noellat estate owns 10 ha of fine vineyard in different communes such as Vosne Romanee, Vougeot, Chambolle Musigny and Nuits St Georges. we were lucky enough to taste Nuits-St- Georges 1er Cru Les Murgers 2012 and Vougeot 1er Cru Les Petits Vougeots 2012. Hudellot Noellat Nuits-St-Georges 1er Cru Les Murgers 2012: A beautiful expression of the Nuits St Georges style, with a really aromatic nose and lot of character, earthy, clove, black berry and plum. Rich on the palate with a medium body, light acidity make it a nice complex wine. Nice medium finish on spicy flavour. Hudellot Noellat Vougeot 1er Cru Les Petits Vougeots 2012: A bit shy on the nose but still you get some fruity aroma, red berries, strawberry, red current. On the palate you get a nice minerality with a medium acidity and a bit of fruit. Medium body with a light finish. Feel free to share your wine tasting notes with us! #hongkong #winefine #sharing
