With regard to the request from the National Black Coalition to support their Executive Board meeting/Annual training conference in September 2013, the Administrator has approved the agency moving forward with the following: * Up to 16 Board members may be granted 16 hours of Administrative Leave to attend their board meeting. No travel and per diem will be authorized. * Up to 16 Board members will be supported in participating in the scheduled ACE camp (up to 8 hours, duty time). * Up to 16 Board members may be granted 16 hours of administrative leave to participate in training at the conference. No travel and per diem will be authorized. Per the policy (WLB 12.6), the LOB maintains the discretion to determine the operational availability and the affordability for the LOB for approving the request for each employee. * For non-officers of the Association who request approval to attend the conference with their supervisor, that employee may be granted up to 16 hours of administrative leave to attend the training conference. No travel and per diem will be authorized.
