[Work Life Balance?] Our company do not believe in Work Life Balance. We practice Work Life Integration instead. The former come from scarcity and require one to choose either work or life. The latter come from abundance and recognise that we can have both once we love what we do. And because of that, it is no longer work. It is part of life which is fun and exciting. All highly successful awesome human beings I know never work in their lives. They play. Many of my entrepreneur friends were surprised about our Work Life Integration concept whenever they shared that their staff wanted more work life balance. Business owners and Entrepreneurs, it is your responsibility to select team members who love what they do. Create an environment and culture to attract and nurture people to love what they do.
