{Workout Wednesday} Today I am grateful for workouts that can be done at home in less than 20 minutes. Here is one to try: {{Bodyweight Complex}} Set timer for 20 (or even 10 minutes) minutes. Perform 10 reps of each exercise. Work as hard as you can and rest when needed. Dont be afraid to rest. Pick up right where you left off.
