(World Cup USA-Germany) We said US will not win against Portugal. We were half right. They tied. This sets up todays winner take all potential game (unless we have a tie again) between US and German. Who should we cheer for? Lets analyze this: Germans contribution to society: 1) Albert Einstein (father of theoretical physics), 2) Brats, 3) Beer Amercians contribution to society: 1) Mike Milbury, 2) Brittney Spears 2) McDonalds Ok...so we have every good reason to cheer for Germans. But I guess my nationalist loyalty will supercede my brain. And frankly, rooting for the underdog is always fun. Go USA. (But lets not act like US is going to win the World Cup or anything --- because they are not! And lets not act like soccer is a real sport. It has too many holes to be a real sport.)
