:( Yet again someone hits a dog and lets it lay.. Why are humans so disgusting and heartless? Im sure you know you hit that dog in Muncy today.. Jerk.. I thank the kind woman who got the dog and is holding on till we can contact the owner.. The dog had tags dickhead.. You could have owned up to what you did.. But your a coward like so many.. Thats ok, we will have broad shoulders and take care of your business.. We will apologize for you, and allow the person to cry on our shoulders.. Because UNLIKE you, we have a heart.. Did I mention your a lowlife to not own up to something you did. Ok, a dog is running, maybe it wasnt your fault, but to let the dog lay, that shows what kind of a person you are... :( so tired of this happening lately and the lowlifes who wont even say they are sorry.. Its always easier for them to keep driving.. A little dog, and you couldnt handle business.. Maybe your music was up too loud and you didnt know it?? Maybe you were on your cell and didnt know it?? BUT I DOUBT IT, YOU TOOK THE COWARDS WAY OUT.. :/
