Some tips to help you with that. *Limit social media and TV 60 minutes before bed *Pick up a book and read for 15-20 minutes on an evening * Try to aim for 6-8 hours sleep consistently Here are a couple more tips I didnt mention in the video. ** hydrate before bed. (You may wake up and need the toilet but you will wake up refreshed) ** Use magnesium spray before bed. Spray 6-8 times on your legs Give the video a Like and a share.
