Your words will only matter, if you matter enough to me. -Ahmad M.Khamis This was said by one of my contacts of friends on Facebook, on his post today about how everyone around us have their opinion of things. He said that there are too many people on a daily basis that give out their views and opinion on things, which is ok but he wont have enough space in his memory box to store all THAT information. The only opinions that he will hear, acknowledge and register in his brain are the opinions of the people that matter to him and the closest people to him in his life. Thats why I think it is easier for us to agree to just go Mm oh ya.. Eh oh uhuh..ok..mmm hmm.. to people who we dont know, who are strangers and who dont matter to us. Thats why when the people closest to us make opinions of things we tend to have a greater responsibility to listen and analyze the content, EVEN when its only a remark. We do this because these people in our lives MATTER to us, they are important enough for what they say to have an effect on us. If they were not important or if we arent so close, their opinion or comment would just seem like another person with a speaking mind, which mutually we give due respect to. If only, we can find a grounds on where we can come up to that level of understanding with our loved ones whenever we give each other our thoughts and opinions. If only the respect was served towards the people we love more than the people we hardly know. ~Think about it. @theworldwillbeabetterplace
