It is standard practice that presidents all over the world appoint or transfer power temporarily to their deputy either when sick or travel; 3). Nelson Mandela always appointed chief Buthlezi as acting president every time he went for a foreign travel or was indisposed.Chief Buthelezi was NOT even Deputy President; 4). When Ronald Reagan was taken to the theatre after being shot,he transfered his powers temporarily to George Bush; 5). Kenyan media is interpreting this simple constitutional process/provision as if Allah has called time on life on this earth!!
