...and the most unique funeral home award goes to Baer of St. Charles. Not only do they have a gift shop...thats right, I said A GIFT SHOP, should you find yourself in need of jewelry, a bird house, a 3ft wooden statue or... a little red fuzzy monkey in a Christmas tree (who DOESNT need one of those?) while in the midst of mourning, they also have THE MOST DELICIOUS home made cookies (that apparently no one except Jen gets to eat), bowls FULL of Halloween candy, a woman walking around passing out Life Savers candies, AND... (wait for it...)... magical magicians doves (ok, maybe theyre not magical, but they sure looked magical) sitting next to a baby grand that apparently is for display only. This place is...#Holy-Wow!
