...and they walked out happily ever after. A couple were hiking yesterday at North-South Lake and he packed everything for their special walk- water, extra clothes, and an engagement ring to pop the question with- everything was packed except a flashlight. After the proposal (she said yes), they ended up taking the wrong trail back and got lost in the dark. A forest ranger got the call and searched for them last night on the trail. He found them and they walked out to safety together. In all the excitement, she had dropped her wallet on the trail which the ranger found and returned to her this morning- a happy ending for all!
