@at&t, AT&T , AT&T Stadium , AT&T U-verse your customer service sucks. imagine the rage when u ask the CSA to review your account and no mention has been made of the agreements you and a previous at&t arrangement you had agreed to or settled on and are told theres no record of any such transaction AGAIN! some poor slob has to pay yhe consequence of some other CSAs shotty work effort. Soon i will be closing my account . i cant believe your (AT&T) audacity .charging me for texts after three conversations re this matter in as many years. u continue to sneak your charges by paperless billing and my no access to the internet. im gonna fix your ass. i am disgusted with you.i was on hold for an hour. waiting to speak with a supervisor AGAIN. u cut me off ? and never got back. ?promise me credit that never came. several years worth.i waste my breath .they make arrangements that never see the light of day. i am supposed to police them from adding things changing rates .disgarding any agreements. they run with my email which i never instructed them to use. People have better things to do then check up on you and your bogus charges. there needs to be a phone police. . hope u get shut down. ..
