...at the end of the day...for every assessment we had..i realized that to be an assessor or trainer..that could never be simply destiny..destiny..thinking it is meant for you..thinking..you are indispensable and would not work out right without you..thinking that it is your ample share of passion and dedication that makes you here..joining this..savoring this...but...its not..the program is an honest to goodness hard work..you cannot copy and paste and gallop hastily..you have to read..to understand..take every word and find meaning to it..at the very least, you have to know how it starts and when and where it lasts..if you cannot memorize..at least you move and speak well..the procedures are all logical..well associated and highly related..you are not supposed to get mixed..you should stand tall..keep confidence high..smile..and be positive...when you are wrong..youll damned yourself..and when you say something right and something beautiful..i know in your heart and mind you are overjoyed with the idea that you did well..and you quietly tap your shoulders..freshen up..straighten up..fix your hair and ask...is there anything more..you are challenged..you are now...empowered..then you say..i claim my destiny..i claim my hard work..i deserve my rewards..and if you are good..then you can share what goodies you have..i am so blessed for the people who have given their trust to us..thank you..be blessed..a lot more to do...i love you with the love of the Lord...
