before five years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. after then everyday I must take medicine to command my blood sugar. although I never cease taking medicine and call on my doctor termly, I felt my body is one day worse than the next day. Last month, my son refered me to attend a project which is to teach people how to do exercise to preserve younger and fitness. At very beginning I was reluctant to do this since I felt it can’t work well for me. But I didn’t like to live up to my son’s fine will, so I stick to doing the excise every morning.
