#blindchickproblems when you need to rush to UPS store to ship your friends race wheel back to him (thank you Greg) and cant find your cane. Id use my dog, but carrying the wheel and the box two blocks is too awkward while holding the harness handle. Guess where the cane was? Right in front of me of course! Does Sprinting to UPS with a cane count as an interval workout coach Jon Stellwagen ? or is it weight training because of the heavy box?
