#boom... I know I seem to always post #glutes videos but hey, they are my absolute fav! So try this single-leg smith squat. Stand on a box and extend your non-working leg out in front of you at a 45 degree angel. Make sure when you lower that your knee is not going in front of your toe. Keep your knee and ankle in line.
