...busy few days around here. Picked up the girl (Gabrielle Christine) from Basic Leadership Training. She spent a week learning about leadership, working with others, and having a bit of fun down at Camp Tanah Keeta in Jupiter. She came home tired, hungry, sunburnt and sore...not to mention a little dirty; but very happy for the experience and the new friends! Jumped into cooking mode and belted out a pan of seared salmon with mango salsa, a pan of shrimp salad, 2 pans of BBQ pulled pork, 1 pan of fruit kabobs loaded with pineapple, raspberry, grapes and strawberries. 1 pan of tomato/mozzarella/black olive skewers with balsamic glaze, and another with just tomato and mozzarella, a pan of green bean casserole, and a tray of assorted veggies. Im into my second cup of coffee and moving over to Pepsi shortly so I can maintain the momentum for a little while longer. All the effort is for a baby dedication thats happening later this morning. To Danielle Forier, Jay Forier, Alyssa, (and especially) my favorite squishy boy Jaxon -- I hope today goes off without a hitch and everyone has a great time!!! Lots of love to all of you...
