Yet they found a way to push past the pain, hunt down fear and become mentally unstoppable. This is another circuit used in one of todays one on one sessions. The athlete demonstrating the first exercise almost lost balance because we moved up in weight for the last set of swiss ball one arm dbell presses. Just a slight increase in weight can have a dramatic affect in loss of balance. Use caution. The rope pull can be done kneeling as shown, in a plank position laying down, standing, or for more challenge standing on the flat side of a bosu ball. When doing the last core exercise, shoes are recommended for extra grip. Squeeze ball with feet and upper shins. Keep shoulders OFF floor. And lift. This works EVERYTHING.
