{events of my time} 2015 PRESIDENTIAL RACE: TAMBUWAL SHOULD NOT MISCALCULATE It will be a costly Political Miscalculation for my dear big brother and most amiable Speaker of the House of Representatives, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Right Honourable Aminu Waziri Tambuwal to vie for President under any political platform during the forthcoming 2015 General Election. There is no gain saying that in Nigerian politics today, Hon. Aminu Tambuwal has successfully carved a solid political niche for himself, the good people of Sokoto State and the Northerners, hence the urgent need to consolidate on such enviable height in the political arena. And the best way to do that in my own candid opinion is to strengthen the foundation before ascending to the top. Instead of aspiring for President now he can simply go back to Sokoto (his home state) and seek for the GOVERNORSHIP SEAT which by my own calculation is freely and conveniently awaiting him. Meanwhile he had been alleged for a long time before now to be nursing the Sokoto State Governorship ambition which I believe is more appropriate for him than the fragile political step (Presidential Ambition) he is currently rumoured to be willing to take. I know certainly that the Right Honourable Speaker, Aminu Tambuwal is not just a very lucky young politician as some may assume but as well very courageous, gallant, confident and highly talented with a strong professional background as a lawyer, hence he deserves to be encouraged. However, my stake here and my worry are for him (Tambuwal) not to bite more than he can chew by taking a decision that may/will result to a catastrophic political miscalculation, and at the same time he must beware of political mediocre at this critical stage, be it former President or anyone else for that matter. The political analysis here is simple; the only two political parties in Nigeria today that can produce President are APC & PDP, then for Tambuwal to contest for President under PDP is a foreclosed issue, not that he cannot slog it out with President Jonathan but because of the high level of sycophancy there in the People’s Deceptive Party. And for APC I do not see how feasible or realistic that can be, judging from many factors such as; the timing, the calibres of contestants there in APC, Followership and the Party Structure etc. The Honourable Speaker should please avoid this avoidable Political Miscalculation. He must not thread the unfortunate political path of Mr. Nuhu Ribadu. ‘A stitch in time, they say, saves nine!’ WHAT ABOUT LAST WEEK SHOW OF SHAME IN SOUTH AFRICA ($9.3MILLION SCANDAL)? How wonderful is God Almighty! No sooner that I dropped my precious pen last week after the overwhelming celebration of that ‘International Vindication’ for our most rare gem, General Muhammadu Buhari (GMB), concerning issues of Terrorism and Boko Haram Sponsorship in Nigeria that Almighty God in His infinite mercy exposed ‘THE REAL CULPRITS.’ If I hear you say the real culprits are Presidency and one self-acclaimed man of God, I will ask Olisa Metuh to sue you before the Court of Marylyn Ogar of DSS with hypocritical Prosecutors like; Ihejirikas, Marks, Makus, Moros, Omeris, and Yakassais. Sincerely speaking, last week was my happiest week since the beginning of this ‘Accidental Administration’ in 2010. Despite the way the good people of Nigeria were abashed by the local and international Media last week over that most embarrassing but highly revealing story; where those of highest profile in our dear country were practically fingered and evidently linked to such CRIMINAL MESS of high magnitude, I must confess that I was so delighted and most grateful to God (the all-knowing, all-hearing) for making the ‘worst enemy’ of General Muhammadu Buhari as one of the REAL CULPRITS in terms of Terrorist Activities and Boko Haram Sponsorship in Nigeria and beyond. Hellooooooo! Our Pastor-turned-Politician, are you there? Please, all we are saying: give us a Spiritual response to this God-revealed scandalous story of yours and not political response. And you must quote from the Holy Scripture, preferably the old testament or else…..! Imagine those that were involved in that very shameful deal; an Israelite, two Nigerians (perhaps including SHEKAU’s brother) and the Presidency. Sorry! If this Criminal Mess would have involved Sultan of Sokoto, General Buhari and El-Rufai, I am very sure this self-styled man of God would have carried his KARASHINOKOV General Multi-purpose Machine Gun (GMMG) made in Israel, and then, he will seek Military advice from Ihejirika and ask the entire Presidency to follow him towards the NORTH. Please let our number one Elder Statesman Chief Baba Edwin Clark, swing into action immediately by using either Traditional or Corona Law to prosecute this prime suspect living in his respectable domain before it is too late. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO A VERY WORTHY IGBO SON! – Chief Owele Anayo Rochas Okorocha (ARO), the arrow of God. My distinguished Readers; how many of you were able to listen to that life-thrilling broadcast of Rochas 52nd Birthday yesterday, from 5pm to 7pm live on Radio Nigeria? I mean that Progressive Chairman of the Progressive Gorvernors! How I wished you all listened to those heartbreaking revelations. I humbly appeal to all the Jonathanian Big Boys from the Northern Nigeria e.g the Senate President, Ministers of Information, Justice, Internal Affairs, FCT, and that one of Education, to simply emulate this Great Achiever of Igbo-Land and by extension, Nigeria. For how long will this Chief Servant of himself from Niger State continue to deceive or confuse himself? Of course, it is none of my business whether he respects himself or not, but I beg him to please respect the wish of the good but openly oppressed People of the North and honour their ‘Common Interest.’ For everything that has a beginning, either negative or positive, there is always a corresponding end. THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES!
