#ewatch 5100 block of Carriage Lane, residential break-in. Caller heard glass breaking and saw a male subject walking around in an apartment with a flashlight. EPD arrived and confirmed the apartment had been broken into. Officers then cleared the apartment, the suspect was not inside. Another officer in the area spotted the possible suspect in his vehicle and pulled it over on the parking lot of T-Mobile 1031 N Green River Rd. EPD is working to positively identify him at this time and continue to investigate the break-in. Crime scene unit & detective are en route.
