< gc climbs up on a soap box > Im tired of hearing people say, Id like to be prepared, but its too expensive. You know whats expensive? NOT BEING PREPARED No member of our staff is wealthy. None of us are president of a major corporation. And NONE of us are getting rich from ZASC, yet we are all reasonably prepared. It didnt happen overnight. We learned a little and spent a little at a time to get to where we are today. Worse yet are those people who say, That could never happen. A year ago did any of us expect the Ebola virus to be in the USA? Ill bet the people in Fukushima didnt expect a tsunami, but it happened. Bad things can and will happen. Most cannot be prevented. (earthquake, super volcano, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes) Get prepared and dont waste time arguing with the people who dont/wont. Share information with those who are still learning (arent we all still learning? ) Help those who are making a genuine effort to prepare. ...wash your hands of the rest. gc
