#gratitude Acupuncture. It always works magic on my body. Today, in my second session with a new provider, I felt energy flowing through my body in ways I havent felt before. Tingling in my finger tips for needle locations on my inner elbows. Sharp pain that dulled quickly into aching pain, then faded into the surrounding tissue as warmth and finally no sensation at all. The feeling of liquid (presumably blood) slowly dripping down the surface of my skin, only to find nothing there at all. The body is fascinating. Now, I feel rested and centered, more than I have in weeks, maybe months. Photos of flowers I find on the street, often inspired by Sophia B Liu. While I want to pick wild flowers and give them to her in person, that is hard to do from 3500mi away. So I take photos and send them to her instead. Today, I decided to share some of them in a Facebook album. Oakland has some beautiful neighborhoods, each with their own charm. Ive enjoyed randomly stumbling upon so many lovely flowers as I walk the streets.
