@heytheredelilahjane is back, and better than ever! Look what my non retrieving, frisbee apathetic puppy just learned! A week + of house arrest made her batstuff cray cray, and after watching her resort to zoomies in my bedroom, I decided to see if I could channel her energy into something more productive! She had just learned to catch a frisbee the week before surgery, so I decided to see if I could get her to run out and catch it now. Of course, we only did this a few times, and I kept my throws low because she is still not supposed to be jumping. But perhaps this boring recovery time has helped boost her play drive! Whatever it is, I am stoked that I may have a frisbee dog after all. Even if she is built like a rhinocerous and will never be able to do border collie acrobatics! She is such a smartie, and this was all done without any food... Just for the love of fun with mamma! Hopefully everything I learned from JD of @k9kings will pay off soon as she is old and strong enough to really train. Cant wait! @animalsavvy look at your little monkey mutt. What a face.
