(i) on 30-09-2013, the District Collector, Kurnool while issuing orders for Bengalgram Seed distribution in Kurnool district had mentioned that all the Extension staff of the Agriculture department of the Kurnool district are in strike from 13-08-2013 onwards in view of bifurcation of the Andhra Pradesh State (ii) on 19-10-2013, the Mandal Agricultural Officers, Pattikonda,Devanakonda, Tuggali & Maddikera in the Duty certificate for the months of Aug, 2013, Sep, 2013, Oct, 2013 & Nov, 2013 had mentioned that all the Mandal Agricultural Officers/ Agricultural Extension Officers of their mandals were on strike from 13-08-2013 to 17-10-2013 (iii) on 08-11-2013, the Joint Director of Agriculture, Kurnool had issued orders to all the Drawing and Disbursing Officers of the Kurnool district to examine the cases of Agricultural Extension Officers who have not participated in the strike from 13-08-2013 to 17-10-2013 (iv) the President of AP Agricultural Extension Officers Association, Kurnool district stating that 130 Agricultural Extension Officers of the district have not participated in the above strike (v) Who is the correct ?
